Former Dynamo forward Alexey Tereshchenko shared his thoughts on Leonid Tambiev being named the club’s new head coach.
– How do you assess Tambiev’s prospects at Dynamo?
– You can only judge based on the work and results. I will watch and support Moscow Dynamo, my home club. I wish Tambiev success and good luck.
– But before this, he had no experience working with top clubs.
– He is a coach with a specific vision of hockey and his own ideas. People can say whatever they want, but working at Admiral and working at Dynamo are two different things for me. Dynamo is a top club, as you mentioned. There are high expectations, and there will be a lot of pressure from management and fans. So, I think no one will wait long for results. We also need to see which players will join or leave.
– Yes, so far only Comtois has publicly been let go by Tambiev.
– And regarding Mamin, everything was stated quite clearly and firmly, – said Tereshchenko.
