The San Antonio Spurs defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves 115-108 on the road in Game 3 of the NBA Western Conference second-round playoff series. The match, held in Minneapolis, saw the visitors lead 23-22 after the first quarter and 51-51 at halftime, before pulling away with a 35-28 third quarter.
Spurs center Victor Wembanyama posted a double-double with 39 points, 15 rebounds, and five blocked shots. Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards also recorded a double-double, scoring 32 points and grabbing 14 rebounds.
The Spurs now lead the best-of-seven series 2-1. Game 4 is scheduled for May 10 in Minneapolis.
